Things you should know before you register:
REFUND POLICY: Studio E offers full refunds to anyone who completes at least 8 hours or one-half of the course, whichever is less, and is dissatisfied with the course; and who requests a refund in writing, providing a reasonable basis for their dissatisfaction, no later than the 14th day after the date the course is concluded. We also offer a full refund of all course fees, including deposits, for any student who withdraws from the course prior to start date (withdrawal notice must be in writing).
Should a student withdraw from a class for reasons other than dissatisfaction, we will refund the pro-rated portion of class fees. There is no refund for missed classes without a full withdrawal. Studio E will work with the students to help schedule make-up time, when possible, in the event of missed classes.
In the event that we have less than four students in a class, the class will be cancelled, all fees will be fully refunded, and the start date will be moved to a later time.
PREREGISTRATION INFORMATION: You can pre-register on the website, via email or by calling Studioe at: 512-301-1600. An initial payment is required on or before the first day of class for students to be allowed to participate in the class. Students may either pay in full on or before the first day or provide partial payment and finance the remainder of the balance due. Payment plans will include a service fee.
DISCOUNTS: There is a 20% total discount for any student taking two concurrent classes and an additional 10% discount for every additional class.
If you refer a friend AND they register for a class, you receive 5% off of your NEXT class.
