How we started
Studio E offers programs for creative living, both in the performing arts and in business and life-improvement skills. Twenty five years in the making, Studio E is dedicated to finding new ways to grow and learn in a fun, honest and creative environment.

Since 1981, Elizabeth Reeder has been dreaming of creating a studio which would encompass the best of acting, singing, dancing and personal growth programs that focused on the science, the art and the business of creative expression. With over 20 years of experience including teaching hundreds of kids to sing, dance and act at one of Texas' largest summer camps, serving on the faculty of the Art Institute of Houston, and real-world experience as a film and television producer, director, manager, agent and performer, Elizabeth brings her world of performing and teaching experience to you. Among her major accomplishments are coaching over 1,000 students in acting, singing and dance, and performing on television, radio and stage since 1978. She served as a senior executive for two east coast production companies, turning out award winning programs for PBS and NBC. Her film work has been seen on the Sundance Channel, the Independent Film Channel, and at festivals including the prestigious Cannes Film Festival, Tribeca Film Festival and SXSW.

She also has a law degree, which can be useful when dealing with the catacombs of the entertainment business...

About Our Programs
Studio E's programs have received exemptions from the Texas Workforce Commission under sections 132.003 and 132.002(a)(3) of the Texas Education Code. This means that our programs are exempt as being either strictly avocational programs (132.002(a)(3)) or are programs designed to to teach knowledge or skills to maintain or enhance a person's competancy or performance in a business, trade or occupation (132.003). Our refund, enrollment and record keeping policies and procedures are in compliance with these exemptions.
